On April 12, 2018, the Ohio Trucking Safety Council (OTSC) was joined by members of The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center staff. All three guests were experts in fields of non-surgical weight management and provided direction on how to make the proper lifestyle behavior changes, rather than just falling for the latest fad diet or weight loss trick. Weight loss and healthy lifestyles will not only help you and your drivers feel better, but can help prevent chronic health conditions, such as heart disease and diabetes.
Presenters from the OSU Wexner Medical Center included:
Roy Gildersleeve, RDN, LD
Cory Workman, Exercise Physiologist
Kelly Urse, BS, CHWC
